Other destinations include Italian restaurant Mama, proudly run by renowned Chef Giacomo Lombardi, the craft wine bar and Josper specialties Steak it Easy, a deliciously comforting burger chain called Burger Heroes, a fast-food chain named Plovberi, and many more.

Chef Dmitry Lim wears his smile in the wink of his eyes.  The 37-year-old culinary maestro at the helm of Birds Dubai’s brigade has established himself as one of Russia’s most celebrated talents when it comes to pan-Asian cuisine.  With almost 20 years of experience at some of Moscow’s finest addresses, he is recognized for his ability to create fabulous restaurant concepts ranging from street food to high-street.  Now in Dubai, he plans to take Birds’ Intense Japanese Eurasian haute gastronomy to higher skies.
